WotLK Ghoul pet bug

For a few days now I've been having problems with my pet ghoul. Everytime I dismount my pet spawns with barely any health at all (1-50hp). I wasn't having issues with my pet for the first month or two since i started playing. Suddenly it's as if i don't really have a pet since it dies if any aoe is used. My question is, did I do something , or is it server-side? Anyone else having these issues? ANy possible (temporary/permanent) fixes for this? Haven't tried unlearning talents. Any info is appreciated.

Do you by any chance use mounts that can go both in air or ground? Cous i think that's the problem,when i use love rocket for example,my pet health gets bugged sometimes aswell,same happens with Invincible mount.

Haven't thought of that. Yes, started using the rocket some time ago. I will check how it goes with other mounts. Thanks for the tip

I see most of Death Knights don't know this, but I can share what I know of this and it works quite fine. Every time before you use Invincible/53x rocket for example, you might find your pet bugged, to avoid this you must FIRST use other mount, like let's say DK's horse, dismount it and then use the mount you wanted to and it should be fine. Use this every time you enter BG, or exit it or when you die. Hopefully this helps.
