Technical Problem installing

Hi, i just downloaded the mist of pandarians version but when i press the wow.exe this message pops up:

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

I opened it as an administrator but still nothing! I checked for more information on battle.net but it doesnt say anything helpful....:(
Anyone knows whats wrong? Or if am doing something wrong or how i could fix it?
Any help would be really appreciated!!! Thanks!

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Okey i did what you said and i also changed the realmlist to "logon.warmane.com" and now is working!!! Thanks for the help!
