Pandaria The game wont load :\

I just downloaded MoP so i can play wow again,but when i click the wow.exe i have to wait like 2-3 min so this window can show up and nothing else happens..
1.I tried changing compatibility mode to windows 7,runnning as administrator and its same ****..

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
