Transfering characters to new DW-Rag realm

Would we be able to move low lvl chars, lvl 10 in my case who is something like my bank char to new realm?
And also is there limit how many chars can we transfer to there?

We should there are quite some twinks 19s, 39s, 60s, 70 who are ready to transfer to the new realm, and I don't think there is a limit and there shouldn't be one IMO.

Details of merge haven't been decided yet, once they are done they shall be announced and it will be clear for everyone.

But to be more exact, it's a merge, so all of your characters should remain.
