WotLK Molten/Warmane account

Hello , can i ask what happen ? In my account i has 3-4 chars full bis - shaman , paladin , lock and mage before molten down . Now i have only my mage 6,5 and nothing more . My pala is 1 lvl , my shamy is 80 lvl without items , and my lock also no items nothing . My brother has 1 account also with druid , priest and hunter full bis and now nothing i cant log in this account also . When i try to make 1 char is ok , so account is delete ? And many people say if you have no items on your chars you must have alot of coins , i have only 11 ... ? What happen , i dont know where i must ask and my english is not good so sry if something wrong when i type .

Bonuses ended a long time ago, coins were given back to recover your donated stuff but as we already said at that time these "bonus" coins had an expiration date, which was a few months after that.
