WotLK I've got a problem with the logging in and the queue

Hey guys,i'm new to the server and i wanted to ask you if there's a reason why i'm in queue even though the server isn't full and i don't mean right now,i mean in the middle of the day when there are about 5000-6000 people online. It really bothers me because i still haven't started playing for 2 days now trying to log in but always ending up in queue waiting for about 6-7 hours to make almost no progress in the queue.
A friend of mine was logging in with no problem the same time as me.

click on "Change Realm" and select "Lordaeron". You were in que for "PTR Lordaeron", which is a test realm
