Engineering Recipes: Bugs or wrong implementation?

Hello there, I'm about to cap my main character engineering profession.
And I've noticed that there are many tools that doesn't works.
Like the portable anvil, the Pandaren Wormhole, etc.

Is there somewhere a list of working recipes on Frostwolf? Because is a little annoying to farm all the reagents and then find that the trinkets doesn't works.

I don't think that anyone actually went through the hustle to try out all engi recipes and wich work or not ( rates are not x1, not to mention many people just power farm or power level through low-mid levels resulting in gear and proffession rewards for these levels irrelevant really fast). I understand the pain of not working gadgets, but atleast most important to pvp ones are scripted.
Biggest dissapointment for me so far is Jeeves not possible to get on mop realm.

Loot-A-Rang isn't working, but the Gravity Well is fine except in ek/kal ; however, cloak glider enchant will overwrite a stat one, but the belt one stays with the additional gem.. short and clear xD
