Problems with connecting

Hello guys. I decided to try WotLK again, and i found this server. I downloaded WotLK expansion, I had an account here already, I've entered account information, and it brought me to the character making screen. But, I couldn't make a character. A message popped and said I have to click on restart button and download some patches. I did hit that restart button, something popped up again, some downloader, and it downloaded some files. I had huge problems with that downloader. It was showing me that it can't update some files because they're read only. So i unchecked "read only" option from every folder. That allowed downloader to do something. And now I have WoD expansion. Is there any way to downgrade to WotLK expansiion again, or I have to download this WotLK again? And if I have to download again, how to properly enter the game? Thanks in advance, and sorry if there are gramatical mistakes.

You have to download it again. And log in with username not email.
