I sent a ticket through the "support" feature, trying to get an explanation on why my account got banned for a week if I haven't engaged into cheating or anything related to that.
It's been 4 days since I sent this ticket since I want it solved ASAP and I want to hear an answer on that specific issue and what "cheating" meant for the GM that decided to ban me for that reason I am unaware of.
Are the moderators who check this forum the ones that check "Support" tickets or are they a different kind of staff? I really want answers to this.
We cannot handle web tickets. However, take in mind that they have got a lot of petitions to answer, and it might take them a few days to answer yours.
