You're using google chrome, i guess. However i don't see any difference, with the plugin and without it. It's the same. Just ignore it.

Resolved, a staff member that edits news from time to time has a weird install of KPM (Kaspersky Password Manager), somehow that plugin "reference" embeds into the news article.
