Mailed Unobtainable Quest items?

So i was doing one of Krolg's Quests in Ashenvale and i accidentally threw away Dartol's Rod so i couldn't complete the quest. And it came to me that I couldn't redo the questline because it required to be in Furbolg Mode to communicate with Krolg (the rods power is to turn you into a furbolg). Because he was the quest giver i couldn't get another another Dartol's Rod. I came up with an idea of asking staff to mail you required unobtainable quest items if possible via mail. But this is just an idea and reply what you think about it.

You would need to request assistance in-game via ticket. I can't speak to the likelihood of you getting assistance with it.
