I have a problem in collecting points! Help me please!

It says that i don't have any points to collect why is that? I've been a member since last year or last 2014 :( Please help me! Thanks!

do you meet the following criteria:
have at least 1000 unique achievement points on your account? (2x 'level 70' achievements only count once, as does 2x "somebody likes me" etc)
have an account in good standing? (have you been banned recently?)
have you logged in game today?
