Pandaria Gm's does not read ban appeal or what or they just dont read any ticket?

I have been waitng for my ticket for long enough and still its not read for the past 2-3days ago, GM's dont read any tickets or what?

Tickets on website are not handled by GMs. There are 2 other people reading them. It can take longer during weekend and ban appeal tickets have lowest priority.

what if that ban was wrong?? there are like 4-5 ppl who know that i didnt ninja on that raid and ofc all my alts are full geared with tot and who needs a toes items?

There isn't really anything you can do to speed it up. They will check your ban appeal when they get to it. If it has been 2-3 days already it should not take much longer.

Sometime u have to wait week or more, so be patient. And dont hope for unban

Also, bans for "ninja-ing" require a long set of screenshots as proof, which were provided for you to be banned.
Simply claiming you didn't do it and having people say the same won't help you. You will need a similar set of screenshots showing you stating the raid rules and that nothing was done differently. If you don't have that you won't get unbanned - your word isn't enough against screenshots.

No idea what relevance you might see in support from "most of the Horde players." This isn't a popularity contest nor a community jury. If you stated loot rules and didn't follow them, you "ninja'd." It's that straight and simple. Whoever reported you provided screenshots of you doing that and the only way for you to prove otherwise is by having screenshots of your own that show you following the loot rules.

and 1thing i dont find it right is that cheaters and exploiters get 7days ban.....and why did i got 2month ban,is this fair rules? just for 1item and i didnt even got them for myself,the guy who report me rolled too slow and i got 2month ban....this is really confusing me please do somthing about this i really need helps.
