WotLK Trouble with ban !

Hello guys, i have a problem, i wrote messeges to few GM's , but noone answered me...Here u can see what happened. I wrote this messege to them
Hello there, I'm Dani and I'll tell u quick what's my problem.
Today i was banned with the reason " Ninja looting". Let me, please, tell you what happened.
I started invitation for VoA 10, then one dk joined the raid, he told me that he is 6.1k pve gear and he told me that he want to roll only for PvP items and i told him " okay". Then another dk joined the raid and he told me that he dont need other gear from voa, so that he'll roll only pvp items too..And when we killed the Ice Giant, a nice pvp item for dk dropped. They BOTH rolled for it and the second guy rolled more, so that i gave him the item. But the another DK *that one who reported me" didnt got the item bcz he rolled lower than the other guy.. and he reported me Because he got mad and didnt get the item.. i cant remember his name, but i was doing this raid with my Warrior char. It's name is Pusycrusher. So.. at all i was banned for 30 days, because one guy rolled more than other guy and got his item... could u please do something about this..because i really love this game and this server, i'm playing in your server more than year.. and i love it. Please make a closer look to my ban and please try to make something about it. I'm really sorry if this is kinda Ninja looting or.. something like that.

Excuse me for my bad English please and thank u for the attention. I'd be really grateful, if you can understand in what situation i am..

You have to make ban appeal using support system on website here.

This issue will end up in him getting the bann instead if proven wrong, but yeah these *****s do exist that easely photoshop chatt text to make it look like you ninja'ed

Did you take screenshots of them saying that?
Did you take screenshots of the rolls and who got the item?
Did you state in the loot rules for the raid that those two people wouldn't roll for those items?

Just claiming "he's lying" isn't likely to be enough.
