Coin Trading... some questions

Hi!
I have a questions regarding coins, I’ve searched thru the forum, and although the search function is quite handy, rather than waste an hour searching through the many topics that came up I’ll just ask here and hopefully get a response.

Coins...
I understand that if you have coins that you did not get from donation, but rather from selling something on trade, why can you not use those coins back on trade, by buying something else thru that. Can you not do that anymore? Is it you’re forced to save said coins utilized ONLY in the coin market place, and thus to get more donations?

Am I to understand that this is a strategy to drain and keep coins from being reused in any other place other than the coin market place, and to make it to where you have to donate to use coins anywhere but there?

You got it right. Warmane does need donations to survive. There is also another reason why it's the way it is. And that is people could create a monopoly of coin making and gear any char they wanted because they controlled the coin marketplace. You sell enough gold/items for coins you can eventually start buying out other Auctions and re-post for more.
