Can't obtain ebon hold quest line!

Me and a friend frostros can't obtain ebon hold questline because we faction changed half way through the quest line now we cant progress.

you need a GM to complete it for you.

Are you sure it's not the whole Mailbox quest problem?

If not, you can actually just restart your DK. You haven't progressed that far

Raise an in-game ticket and the GM will take care of it.

I got mine solved in the same way, though i was almost Revered on Ebon Blades before transfer. So he just completed 'If he can not be turned' quest on my toon and all i had to do was to submit quest and then proceed to shadow vault.
