Pandaria "Face" option in the barber

Just wondering about this option for the barber shop and if it's working for anyone else, I've tried going back to the old models & removing the couple of files related to the WoD models but the 'face' option for the barber still doesn't appear for me.

Is this a confirmed bug or something on my end?

Face Option was added in WoD. We are in MoP
