[H] Controlled Chaos Social/Leveling Guild

Hello.
I want to introduce you the project I am starting in Lordaeron.The main idea of the guild is to establish a small , knit group of people who can play and trust eachother , they must respect and develop the guild and extract all the fun of the game as it should be done.I am going to throw some info in this topic and will upgrade it when we change/add something.

MAIN GOAL
The main goal is , as mentioned above , to establish a group of people who can have fun together.I just joined the surver and I really liked all that I read about it.But unfortunately I am playing alone.Thats the reason I want to find some in-game friends who are on the exact same page as me so we can have fun together.
The first thing I want to mention is that we DO NOT accept 80lvl characters or alts.We recruit only new players , with no experiance in the surver , who are cought by the surver's passion and will be active and creative.
Second thing is that we have a limit of players.The limit is 50 members.Alts are not included in this number.The reason of that is to establish a core with active players who will care for the guild.The limit means people will be kicked for inactivity/bad behaviour and we are inviting fresh blood to fill 50/50.
I will throw you some requirements which we will require from the people who apply:

1.You need to be able to communicate on a satisfying level.The only language that is spoken in the guild is [ENGLISH]
2.You need to fit our playing times. ***[18:00-22:30 Server time]***
3.You need to be able to play during week days. Monday-Thursday , weekends will be slacky.
4.You need to show me that you like the idea , that you want to develope a guild.
***The Recruitment is only in-game.***

To conclude with I want to mention that in the near future we are going to become a stable progressive raiding guild with a stable core and a good atmosphere.The guild will not be a hardcore one , we are going to have fun in game.That means wipes are welcome , rough language will not be used , nor punishments.The progress will be fun and smooth as it should be.I hope you like the idea and you will /poke me in-game.

20 members so far! Its going great! We are having our 1st struggle as a guild , we need to gather 100g for our first guild tab!

*Even the rdf system is off we still manage to organize good groups to farm some low dungs , but tbh if th system worked for lower lvl instances it was going to be great!Everyone was going to join the groups without even leaving the leveling zone.Its kind of hard becaouse people have to leave the zone , move to the dungeon and then go the whole way back to the leveling zone , its so uncomfortable for people who want to level , but we still manage to do some dungs.
