WotLK Someone deleted all my characters

someone stole my account a month ago from 98.145.116.152 this ip and then after a month i could take it back and then i see that he has deleted all my characters from 69.31.51.202 :( i want them back i had some great stuff like lk25hc staff and lots of achievments
what should I do?

Do you have backup files?
If no - write a ticket, if yes - write a ticket.

I don't have back up files :(
in tickets category i only have ban appeal which isnt related to my problem. so what should i do? no idea and i'm pretty lost right now

Well next time you could not give your account info out, then you'll never have to worry about anybody deleting your chars again.

you can only restore them by your own, go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services and:
Select Realm>Select a random Character>Set Currency:Points or Coins>Character Restoration

now you should be able to see your deleted characters, you can use thsi service for Points or Coins
