Nighelf can't fly when died in instance?

Well the Title might be wrong but here is what happend to me today:
So afther i decided to play a little bit of pve and get some JP i joined some group of ppl for RDF NORMAL blackrock thingy we killed first boss and the second and on third boss we wiped on mobs cuz evry mob attacked us never mind that but when i did hit releas button i couldnt fly back up to the instance! So am i only person who have this problem or there are other Dudu's on this server whit the same problem as i do?

It can bug like that for everyone. Random bug. No idea why it happens and when.

Well buddie i asked few druids same thing also for worgens they can't get on that death gryphon to fly back to in instance =(
