Technical Lost my gold, mount, and riding ability during disconnect.

I've been repeatedly disconnected from the Frostwolf server within the last thirty minutes or so. During one of the times I was able to sign on I puchased a mount and riding ability. I was disconnected again shortly after. When I signed back into the world I was missing my gold but I didn't have my mount or the riding ability I purchased. Who do I speak to in order to get my gold back or the riding ability and mount I puchased?
