Pandaria Random BG Capped Across all characters for almost 3 days

Hello, i submitted an in game ticket, submitted a bugtracker ticket, and still have no answers as to why i am capped across all of my characters. I have asked in game to countless people and am ignored. I would just like a simple why answered or if its something everyone is experiencing for the time being, or i am just bugged ? Thank you !

Also.. i just spoke to some one whose UI also says "capped", but gets conquest points from wins normally, while mine says capped, but does not give me conquest points on a win, well it didnt yesterday or the day before, i will be trying again now.

The bug-tracker isn't a ticket system. It's a report system to make developers aware of problems with the game.

Could you post what exactly the problem is? Are you unable to gain conquest on a character after capping a different character? Is that it?
