I haven't logged in molten wow in more than a year, and i just wanted to get back. Well looks like molten wow is now shut down and is now called warmane! I was a premium user which is why I thought my account would never be deleted... I tried to log in with my old account, even tried to retrieve it but to no success. I just wanted to know if i could get my account back? Please this account has so many memories for me, molten wow meant so much to me...

Have you ever heard about Molt-Down? Molten database went lost so ALL Characters are gone, player had some months to recover their Accounts at least (empty of course, so 0 Chars inside) but now it is too late

Account Database was wiped a few month back after there was plenty of time to retrieve your old accounts.
You can open a support ticket to ask if there is anything they can do but chances are there might not be so be prepared for that.
