Error when trying to run WoW.exe

Hi there!
Im Malmsteen from Frostwolf, im member of the Guild Verbally Violent.
I have a problem, when i try to run wow.exe file, i always get an error who dont let me continue into game.
I've downloaded 5.4.8 folder (27 gb) and i also have 5.4.2 patched folder, and in both games, i have the same error. I've tried to fix it running it as Administrator and deteling Cache folder, but just work for some mins.
Also, my brother who plays in another computer, have the same trouble.
How can i fix it?

Error Message: "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can't make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder, or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
