Honor Points

2 months after Lordaeron was released,it was decided to nerf the honor gained by players lower than level 60.I will not comment upon their decision,but I'm wondering why aren't they turning it back to normal,as this measure makes all the low level players negate all the PvP activity.
Right now at level 40,you will get 1 honor point for killing another 40,whether it is in a BG,call to arms or anywhere else.
Why would they reduce the amount of honor we gain,are they against pvp?

It seems like there are neither players interested in PvP until they reach 80 nor staff members available to communicate with the community.

The worst thing about this is, that honor is nerfed for anything <80. At least I am still getting 1-2 honor at level 77.

This is a little offtopic, but is the Call to Arms achievement possible? I didnt see any quests just notice when you queue for BG one is Call to Arms, but joining doesnt get you the achiev.. There should be a quest.
