Account stolen,what to do now?

I've made this topic since i have no clue what to do now and i need a lil' bit of help.

I'm going to tell a lil' story regarding what happend: This afternoon while i was at my lunch break i was checking my mails on gmail and suddenly i've ran over this:

Dear nonameglad,

We've received a request to change the email on your account.
The following IP Address is making the request: 188.27.219.92

The email has been changed from [email protected] to [email protected].

At first i was like what the hell? Than i tried to log on the site and didn't work. Same as the pw recovery i've got nothing,than i realized i was 'hijacked'.

Now the big question is how? I've scaned my PC for keyloggers and other thigs like that,nothing. I've checked my browser history and nothing out of the oridnary. Not to mention i use a paid Bitdefender on my PC. No1 else uses the PC besides me.

The account was mine only,no1 else had acces tot it,no friends or family members or w/e. If that was the case i wouldn't post here you know...

I can provide screenshots,char names,ip that i have loged in last time and the mail that i was using on it. I can provide even my WTF Folder from the game dir.

Please don't come here with things like "you shared your acc with friends" and stuff like that cuz is not the case.

I came here for aid,advices and help cuz i have no ideea what happend...

You need to change your password from time to time aswell :)
Anyway, I suggest that you send a private message to one of the moderators or anyone...

A mate of mine had his account hacked they tok BoE, gold and primos lets just hope they are not someone spiteful and delete your gear or characters or even worse sell your account.

Hopefuly he dosen't but i tried to search the chars on armory and nothing. Well i can say goodbye from the start to my BoE's,gold mats and etc.

There is absolutely no way a person can get your account info unless you give it out or download something. People can't just guess your password.
