is there a fix for dismissing pet after its died (bug)

Im on ragnaros, night elf hunter lvl 18 and my pet died, now i cant resummon it, cant dismiss it, and cant tame another pet (says i already have a summoned creature) pretty much broken the game for me.

my bad fixed it with call pet

Call Pet summons your dead pet next to you when it's been de-summoned, either by Dismiss Pet or by zoning away. Then you just have to revive it.
