Technical Cant retrieve accounts

Got two old accounts zaltys88 and kainas it says they are activate but cant reset or retrieve password. email [email protected]

[The information provided does not match any accounts]. with zaltys88 when i trying retrieve password, but username is in use. With Kainas i got confirmed [Password reset request email has been sent.] But when i trying to confirm from email it says [Your reset request id is no longer valid, request a new password reset.] I want to retrieve one account of these. Got coins here and other stuff

Have you ever heard about Molt-Down? Around January 2015 Molten database went lost forever so everyone lost their Accounts and Characters.
Molten then provided a tool to recover at least the Account ( but "empty", no Character inside).

Yeh i heard and i heard after that server wipe you ill get instant 80 on 5 characters i think. Thats why im trying to retrieve account.

That opportunity`s long since passed. You cannot retrieve old Molten accounts anymore.
