WotLK ICC bug after saurfang - deathwing horde

Well we killed saurfang 25hc after the encounter the portal wont appear , either the teleport , if we go out it says encounter in progress.

5 hours no reply , there were many people claiming the same on global all day . Weekend where is the gms , admins , etc ??? Any solution , this is a guild run , we actually needed to reschedule the raid for tomorrow hoping that it will work and we can continue .
