Technical I can't start WoW

So i downloaded the game today, but when i clic in the WoW.exe it takes very time to start and then it appears a error mensage saying that i don't have permission to "use" wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ file. So i tryed running WoW.exe in Administrator mod, and it appeared again, i tryed many times, and everytime it happened again. I played WoW in Warmane for very time and this never happened, help pls.

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

skullbashat, i do that but when i go to properties again, it appears turnned-on

are we talking about MoP client?
1) Close all the "wow.exe" process from task managaer or just restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
