Technical cant start mop

i freshly downloaded mop full client (not minimal) and when i tried to start it, i waited 3-4 minutes then this error box thing of doom popped up saying this:

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

clicking on the link and following the solutions i offed my avast free antivirus and i tried to run it as administrator and without it, got the same result. i checked my realmlist and it's the following:
SET locale "enGB"
SET installLocale "enGB"
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.ru"
why is it warmane.ru? if you can help me i could give you 11k gold on cata horde if you want it

problem solved, i moved the file somewhere else and removed read-only and it started. big thanks for skullbashat for being really helpful
