Mail reset

Hi, to make this short, how can i reset an email from my main account, i didnt noticed that i got an mail:

"We've received a request to change the email on your account.
The following IP Address is making the request: ........."

So someone switched it, and now i want to reset it, i have all donation informations for proof this is my account.
But when i want to write a ticket on a site i have only 1 category and its "Ban appeal".
So what can i do now?
