Hey guys,
everytime I am in Dalaran my WOW clients crashes after few minutes roaming around. I first thought maybe I have to high video settings but lowering the grafics hasnt result anything concluding the crashes. So now I dont know what to do and need help.

Are you using the "new" client? If so follow these instructions.

It will give you the older models, but you won't crash in Dalaran.
The staff really should put a disclaimer on that client, people download it without realizing the problems it causes.Edited: April 2, 2016

why do they even let us download something that makes you get wow error every 5 minute in dalaran, and why dont they fix it lol

From my understanding they had planned on fixing the various problems with it, but other things took priority. There is a possible fix if you wish to still use the WoD models.

It has been discussed before about changing the file names, if it were up to me I wouldn't label the normal client as "old", but rather the WoD model client as "(WoD model patch)", that would clear up so much confusion and also clear the forum of many threads/posts such as these. Or at the very least not have the "old" client at the bottom of the download list.Edited: April 2, 2016
