I noticed this happens every time I switch zones (e.g. enter/leave instances, flight paths, etc.). I couldn't find anything on it on the forums. Is this something that I can fix on my end? I've been told that it's because of the server's spam filter but I am certainly not spamming anything that I'm aware of. Thank you for helping.

Some addon could be spamming in a channel that you can't see.

Do any of these sound like they'd be spamming messages? I guess I might have to trial and error otherwise.

I found the problem - it was the QuickHeal addon. Thank you.
