as title says, is arms pve viable ?
or fury with 1 2h weapon ?
cuz the human fury warrior dual wield looks sucks and even with out Xmog

Yes it's viable.

Check the guides list and you'll find a really nice guide by Offbeat. Arms is viable until end-game, where Fury pulls way too far ahead to make Arms worth taking the raid spot over a Fury warrior.
