    Cant accept a specific quest (BE lvl 8)

    Hi guys, currently lvl 9 Blood Elf.

    Im in Fairbreeze Village (outside of Silvermoon) and cannot accept a quest.

    The quest NPC is called Magistrix Landra Dawnstrider, and according to the internet this quest has NO pre quests.

    (The quest is called Saltheris Haven)

    I just see a greyed out exclamation mark over the NPC.

    The quest requires lvl 8, I am lvl 9.

    Any ideas?
