Am I alone miss Raid Finder?

Before 5.4.8 people were doing TOT or even TOES RF at server peek hours and now nothing, no one does it anymore. It was fun to go with "pugs" wipe and struggle to kill at least 2 of TOT bosses cause everyone somehow were afraid of Council and get some 502 gear if you lucky. Any thoughts whats happened?
