Currently when doing quests in Wintegrasp the stone keepers shards that i win are not counted towards http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=2...keepers-shards
is this working correctly ?

I believe the operative word of the achievement is "loot", which would imply that it comes from something you killed or a chest.The shards obtained via the quest rewards do not appear to count towards the achievement -- my achievement tracker reads 235, and I have 255 on me -- I did two of the new quests just before hand. Achievement should read "Loot 250 Stone Keeper's Shards".
