Loremaster achievable?
Here's a few tips regarding them
- While levelling, you may want to avoid Shadowmoon. There are many broken quests there atm (not sure why)
- If there is some broken phasing (like nonexisting NPC to kill/turn in) you will need to exit and reenter the zone
People usually skip Shadowmoon Valley, along with Netherstorm and even Blade's Edge Mountains if they do all the quests in the previous zones. No reason to go there when 68 if stuff in Northrend gives you so much more experience.
Edit: Shadowmoon Valley does appear to have too many bugged quests to get the achievement for it.

I did Loremaster 1 month ago....Plenty of Outlands quests needed server restart in order to complete them..like only 1 person per restart can do it but its doable.
When i did Northrend i was smooth but it had some problems too...not so major as Outlands just minor things...
Now i beleave that most of the Northrend quests are fixed.
For a "new" realm i can say that its not perfect but its impressive.
Ps. i did Outlands Achievment before wotlk release, some things might have been fixed but i doubt.
Since the cores are the same now on all WotLK realms, I have no idea how you did the Northrend quests. Honestly, I see very little change regarding working quests from the old core. The Valhalas chain is still not doable, the Argent Crusade cannon quest is still bugged and the mobs have to be killed manually. I haven't even tried the whole Storm Peaks chain and I do not intend to either, repulsed by what I saw so far. Quest chains which have been bugged and reported for +5 years are still not fixed. There are even quests which used to work before, unscripted but still doable, which cannot be completed now due to messed up scripting.
I'd like to correct my previous comment, it is currently not possible to get Loremaster as Shadowmoon Valley has too many broken quests. Some of these quests were working before which is why some people have Loremaster, so unless you did Shadow of the Betrayer before all those chains broke, you're kinda screwed.
Also if you were looking to get the Netherwing mounts, well the first quest for that chain doesn't work either.

I've done
the intended way.
This is also not true.
Considering I just tried the ****ing quest yesterday and it has a bugtracker report that is CONFIRMED and with 64 upvotes, I would say you don't know what you're talking about.

Did the quest use to work? Yes.
Is it working now? No.
Just because you did something before doesn't mean it will remain the same forever. As I've already said the only people who can get Loremaster now are those who did Shadowmoon Valley back when the quest chains weren't broken. There also appears to be a new bug with Death Knights not being able to quest much in Icecrown because of fault quest IDs or something.

Yeah, after updates, quests just can be broken in one way or another. I tried the Netherwing a long time ago, and now I got some messages that it doesn't work.
Then I do the daily from Icecrown as DK 'Not a Bug'. Apparently now it doesn't give me the credits as it used to be.
Also if you're planning to do the arena quest in Icecrown. In the Find the Ancient Hero part, it's doable, but you need to be Sonic the Hedgehog and rush through the mobs, while keeping Iskalder moving forward before he despawns. My Warlock friend tried it like 10+ times
Well, good for you. You did them before the new core, then. Right now both are not doable in the way they should be.
The Argent Crusade cannon quest warps you into two different zones - one is after the fight, without mobs and with cannons spawned when they shouldn't be; when you relog, you go to the other one, which is during the fight, but without cannons... Basically, I had to bring an 80lvl who hadn't completed the chain to help me kill the 3 frost wyrms and the 100 nerubians manually.
About Iskalder, I tried it like 2-3 times and the guy just despawns when I reach the cave without giving any credit and giving me some sort of error message - "Invalid Target" or something like that, don't remember.
The attack on the Ruby dragonshrine, as part of the Wrathgate chain, is also incorrectly scripted, as no abomination attackers spawn. It's extremely hard to complete the quest within its level range, rather you have to leave it, get 80lvl, get geared and then go back to complete it.
Bottom line is - saying that Loremaster is obtainable right now just shows someone who has no idea what they're talking about. There are just SO so many quests, which still do not work - some being straight undoable, others forcing the player to take desperate measures to complete them.
When I did LoD some couple of months ago it worked but I kept dying because the mobs kept spamming some version of paladins' Holy Wrath, which almost one-shotted me and knocked me back constantly.

Oh, also, in The Air Stands Still, you need to dish more DPS than the NPC helper. This is exceptionally hard on the Underking, I mean your helper on that part is friggin Darion Mograine
Well, as part of the game, you need to deal more than 50% of the damage on a target in order to get credit for the kill if there are NPCs assisting you. This is implemented to prevent things like pulling enemies to guards and have the guards kill stuff for you. The problem is that in this quest the helper NPCs shouldn't count towards that rule. But they do. So yeah... Another years-old bug. Either the helper NPCs don't work, or they work very well but the server's kill credit system makes them useless.
