Are new character models for WOTLK worth it?

Hey everyone, i played on Molten long time ago, and I decided to come back, and play on Lordaeron, i'm just wondering should i go with the new character models, or the old ones? I heard the new ones miss some features and they are bugging or something, is that true? If someone could tell me something more about this I would be really grateful. Thanks

you heard well, it miss blood elf and draenei WoD models and has higher chance to crash so I usually recommend "Wotlk (old)".
Anyway if you decide to try Wotlk with WoD models then you can just delete 2 file and you have the "Wotlk (old)" so feel free to try it

There is also 4gb files for mop which include belf and draenei but dunno if that can be used with wotlk launcher

Warning: May cause crashes in Dalaran! (WoTLK) Haven't had any other issues, but i know i'm not the only one that experienced this to. Is it worth it? Meh. I really didn't see it worth Blizzards time putting this in as the old one's were just fine, they just wanted to please some *****y kids for some reason.

What do you mean are they worth it ?

You're not paying for them, you're not doing any kind of special effort or anything... Try them, see if you like them. If you do, gz, if you don't, remove them... Easy as that...

I used the models when I first started, but gradually the issues with them worn on me and I decided to go back to the regular models. This was before I even knew about the Dalaran crashes it causes for certain players.

Since I have extended the wow.exe address to use more memory, I've never had any more problems with the models, the crashes are gone, even on Dalaran. Thats the best option I call tell... As you can see on this post: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....ow.exe+address

I use the extended address for over a month and didnt got any ban yet xD So I guess its ban free too.
