question about pandaren, epicurean

I was asking about races in global and i was told that Epicurean, (pandaren's 2x well fed racial), is bugged and doesn't work correctly. I couldn't find anything about it on the forum or bugtracker, but since it is the racial that is supposed to make pandaren the best pve race for any class I wanted to know the truth for sure. Thanks.
