I cant download the client

I wanted to download the WOTLK client,but it it wont download it.It appeares in my uTorrent,but just stays at 0%Is there Anyway i can fix this?BTW its the new client not the old one.

you need to upgrade your utorrent to the last version available

Why i cant download Mop client ,,,,when I click download ,,it auto opens Utorent ....but thers nothing to download ,no files ,no torent??????
