Main quest bugged

Hello so i started a new dk in Frostwolf. I was playing the storyline and the quest i was going to do is bugged. The quest is [Brothers In Death] i can't seem to find the npc that i need to talk. He is stuck or bugged I don't know what to do it's a main quest and i can't continue without finishing it

if it is an important quest like to be able to leave the starting zone then you can open a ticket in-game, a gm will help you

I have made a ticket and ill see what will happen. Btw how much time does it get to gm to see the ticket
