Hey guys cant get quest for my lvl 13 panda while i am on the starting world. I got the mallet to ring the gong but then nothing happened and i didnt get any quest from the same guy who should say i need the water spirits help to wake him up.
It is fixed thanks for the response it whas indeed in the shrine.

Same problem. After quest: Missing Mallet no new quests are available. Unless we both missed something earlier.

Go to the shrine, there will be auto-complete quest there, then you can continue questline.

until you get to "Worthy of Passing" then youre screwed again and cant continue

Not really, if you are lucky, you may catch an Orc, yes I said it, an Orc running around the zone (Or some 90 panda in yellow). He has Pandarens, who didn't pick faction yet, stattion around those bug quests to help out new comers. He is on and off on Wandering Isle but the only way to really get his attention is to use Wandering Isle chat or /join global.
He is the one killing the bosses needed to complete the quest and will do it for anyone who is on that quest, when following his guidance, I know because I check zone too.
