Can you complete the chain at the moment?I have bugged quest "Words of power" that seems lead's to wrath gate chain. But it's not working. Can i complete even these quests?

I don't think so, I've been trying to do it as well. The quest that lets you do it from the other side (Howling Fjord/Venomspite) is also bugged and doesn't let you continue the chain after it sends you to the Taunka camp from Agmar's Hammer (Quest is "The Taunka and the Tauren" http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11979/t...and-the-tauren).

Yeah "Words of Power" is still bugged it seems. High Priest Talet-Kha (the crypt fiend inside the spire of pain) cannot be targeted or attacked in any way.
