By "EP" do you mean EXPerience rate? if so, Lordaeron is X1 Exp.

Its a progressive Blizzlike realm. Progresive because content is still being released. Ulduar released recently and Deadly Gladiator season ended few days ago. Furious coming soon. With some minor changes to make the player experience better. I would say a bit more hardcore than what blizzard's was.
