1. Lost heirlooms from OLO, help return !!!

The problem is this , I bought 2 family things, and after they disconnected the server and are gone during the day did not appear any thing or splinters OLO for which they were purchased.
What's happening, how to solve this problem ?!

  2. Were they even supposed to be released?

    Edit: They were removed.

Yes, this was a mistake, they weren't supposed to be available. They have been removed from vendors a little ago and any item that was acquired meanwhile will be removed from inventories later.

    Good ****ing luck.

This isn't the first time this has happened, and it may happen again in the future. Yes it was a mistake on their part, but it was also a mistake on yours for buying it (and getting rid of your old items) when it has been stressed they would not release heirloom items.

  6. In order to buy something in the game I should not rely on any other information except what you see from a dealer! If the administration is positive to his players, made a mistake on its part needs to fix it. I'm not asking for anything extra, give me back what I lost because of your mistakes! Otherwise, you show your disregard for the players. Once again, please be more responsible to my request Administration.

  7. That's not entirely true. It's an honest mistake really. There's a lot of players that don't visit the forums regularly. If I were to log onto the server and I'd go about my bussiness and I saw the said vendor selling heirlooms I would've bought them as well. Thinking they've changed their minds. And it's only fair not to punish this player for silly mistakes like that. But that's just my two cents...

  8. Since you didn't use coins for it, you're not in a position to "demand" anything :)

  9. There's a lot of players that don't visit the forums regularly.
They do that at their own risk of being uninformed, though. Players who are informed opened a thread questioning if it was intended, since they knew our stated plan was to not have them in Lordaeron. And then there's the fact that for all we (and you) know, this wasn't an uninformed mistake, but done aware and hoping to get the items quickly before the mistake was fixed, expecting to keep them.
