Lordaeron So... How long does it take to get appeals looked at?

I just finished tanking in AV and was talking with the guild I'm in when suddenly I got disconnected by the server. When I went to log in it told me my account was suspended and when I checked the website it told me, "Your account has been suspended for 2 days due to Racism || discrimination"... Real quick would like to say I have never been racist against anyone with the exception of a few gnome/dwarf/elf jokes.. But is that counted as racism? Because if so then that is very strange. Anyways I got banned for what I believe to be a total mix up..

My question is, how long does it take for an appeal to get looked at? I saw a post where a guy said it's been two days for his and I really don't want to have this on my record because well, I don't say racist stuff.. and have never been banned/muted/kicked in any game at all. This has to be a mix up.



(And real quick after they do look into this if they found out I was wrongly banned does anything happen to whoever reported me, like if someone made a fake report? Because this is so wrong that I can't play if that's the case!)
