WOTLK player which xpan is better to move cata or MOP on warmane servers

Hey guys , i've been playing on wotlk servers for a year now and i wanna swap to any other xpans from warmane servers ,so if any can help me which is better here taking in cons bugs and gameplay Cata or MOP
plus i need another favour , if any can tell me how to farm the pve gear in each xpans like wotlk (i.e:fos/pos farm then dung and toc ,.....etc tell u reach the end game raid ICC)

Absolutely MoP, Why? Cata is almost the same as WoD, Filler Expansion. Blizzard just slap all features they can think in cost of content and lore.
