Cataclysm Moving the skills

I don't know if is a bug, if it was always like that and i'm just a ****ing *****. But it seems that i'm not able to move my skill around the action bars. I can open my skill book and put one on his place... Is it a bug or i'm *****?

while in-game: Menu > Interface > Game > Action Bars, here disable "lock action bars", actually you should still be able to move them if you try to move spells while pressing shift

Ok, it worked... Hey, the addons seen to not be working. Like Bagnon. It's because is for the new expansions or something?

you need to download the Cataclysm version for each Addons you used on different expansions

And how i do that? There saying a bunch of version, but which is the right one?

usually it also says for which Game Version, for cataclysm is 4.x.x game version, better it would be 4.3.4
